Q. DO YOU OFFER FULL GROOMING SERVICES FOR MEN?
A. Yes, in most cases all of our services are adaptable to men.
Q. WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY SERVICES?
A. we always suggest that you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment
to settle into the spa environment, relax, have a beverage and prepare for
your services.
Q. WHAT ABOUT TIPPING?
A. It is perfectly appropriate to use your discretion with regard to tipping. While we encourage this practice,
tipping is not a requirement and is based upon your level of satisfaction with your services. Tip envelopes will
be made available to you at check out. A general rule of tipping for spa/salon services is an amount equal to
20% of the total amount of your services. Tips may also be added to your DEBIT/CREDIT card.
Q. WHAT FORMS OR PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
A. We accept several forms of payment to include: cash, checks, money orders,
in-house gift certificates, and credit/debit cards.
Q. DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL RATES FOR GROUPS, SENIORS, STUDENTS & CORPORATE CLIENTS?
A. Yes, we offer specially discounted rates for each of the above groups.

Q. IS YOUR FACILITY HANDICAP ACCESSABLE?
A. Yes, while there are limits to the services we are able to provide, we do have an ADA
compliant facility.
